Confidentiality of the Cultural AuditThe cultural audit makes it virtually impossible for anyone to connect an individual with the responses he or she submitted. How this is accomplishedThe way Character First! protects this information is simple. When a person submits answers to the survey, the system records who has finished (so that one person cannot submit the survey twice), but it does not associate a person’s identity with his or her survey answers. Thus even the staff of Character First!, including the database administrator, cannot disclose your identity. Furthermore, the supervisor who set up your company’s survey cannot read any of the results until at least two people have submitted answers. The results will always be the average of two or more participants, and will not reflect on any one person. |
